I thought it was about time to explain this unusual brand name and logo.
1. Why Polychromatic?
What comes first to your mind when you read the word? To me, it was all about colours, different shades, different degrees. By extension, the term represents the different perceptions one may have about life, one’s experiences – past and present -, one’s projections and interpretations.
In a nutshell, Polychromatic means the different shades life
Finally, it also raises awareness of cultural diversity. A way of showing my sessions are open to everyone, from any background, nationality and faith, as well as the importance of diversity in the workplace.
2. Why a Dragonfly?
I must add a colourful dragonfly! Dragonflies refer to adaptation, change, self-realization. These meanings are as crucial in personal development as they are in the workplace whatever your role is.
The wings show that everyone can take off his/her career, business, by adapting, getting to know oneself better. As for personal development, they symbolize the ability to move, to travel within oneself, to reach out to others, and the capacity to fly with our own wings towards our goals and fulfilment.
